An example could be that M365-P1 contains the foundational services to deploy to all users, and M365-P2 contains the P2 services to deploy only to some users. If you have a large dynamic group you depend on for license assignment, consider validating any major changes on a smaller test group before applying them to the main group. Those users will have their licenses removed during the process which may result in loss of service, or in some cases, loss of data.
